February 11, 2008 - ChesCo Tabletop exercise with local Firefighters at 7 PM at Cochranville Fire house.

March 10, 2008 - ChesCo Functional exercise with local Firefighters.

April 5, 2008 - ChesCo Full Scale exercise with local Firefighters.

April 7, 2008 @7 - 9 PM FOREIGN ANIMAL DISEASE RESPONDER TRAINING. Scope: This course is directed to the traditional first responder, police, fire, and rescue. But has application to all emergency responders, this includes but is not limited to: Veterinary services, public works, community organizations, emergency management, CART, SPCA, animal rescue volunteers. This course focuses on increasing the understanding of the roles of various disciplines in response to a foreign animal disease outbreak. Modules: The course is divided into four modules. It is centered on a scenario involving foot and mouth disease outbreak. These modules include an introduction to agroterrorism, quarantine, PPE, euthanasia and disposal and cleaning/disinfection. All modules are based on current DHS and USDA guidelines. Cost: The training is provided at no cost to the organization or responder. Sponsored by DHS.
